I know that Christ lived on the Earth
Although I wasn't there.
I know He blessed and healed the sick
And answered many prayers.
I know He gave the blind man sight
I know He raised the dead
I know He caused the deaf to hear
People followed where He led.
I know that Christ is the Son of God
And that He suffered for our sins
I know that He has conquered death
I know He lives again.
I know that Christ will come again
I hope I can be there
To see His face and feel His love
And kneel with Him in prayer.
Sorry that it took me half of this month to post a poem. I just couldn't get the creative juices going! I hope you enjoy this one, though it may change because the man I bounce all my poems off of is asleep right now! :)
