Heavenly Father hears and answers my prayers (Primary theme for August 2013)

I have a Father in Heaven
Who loves and cares for me
He watches all I do
And sees what I can't see.

He sent me down to Earth
So very far away
But we are still connected
Each time I kneel and pray.

I know He's always waiting
With anxious delight
To hear my whispered prayers
Each morning and each night

I share in simple words
My worries, hopes and fears
I share with Him my gratitude
All of which He hears.

He answers all my prayers
Because His love for me
Not always how I want
But always what I need.

I'm grateful for my Father
Who hears and answers prayers
I'm grateful I can talk with Him
and know He really cares.

Families are part of Heavenly Father's plan (primary theme for July 2013)

We came to Earth to be tested
And to do the best we can
Our spirits to get a body
All part of God's great plan

God knew that we'd need helpers
He knew we'd need great care
He knew that we'd need someone
To help us while we're there.

So we are born into a family
It may be big or small
They love, guide and teach us
And help us when we fall.

Our little family circle
Is linked through bonds of love
It's made to be eternal
By our Father above

I will follow Heavenly Father's plan by being baptized and confirmed (primary theme for June 2013)

Heavenly Father made a plan
For all his children on Earth
He wants us to be happy
And know our royal worth.

The first step in His plan
When we turn the age of eight
Is baptism by immersion
So simple, but so great!

The second step is to be confirmed
And receive the Holy Ghost
He'll be a constant helper
When we're needing him the most.

I will be baptized
And follow this wonderful plan
I will be confirmed
And do the best I can.
